We discuss my ex's disability with our daughter. She is well informed. In his lucid and nice moments he is able to say the right thing and respond appropriately. Daughter is within functioning normal parameters on all levels. The counselor has given her a clean of health and flat out thinks I am amazing about helping her deal with the crazy in the situation. All the divorce issues are resolved in our daughter, she has no outstanding issues that she needs help with. She handled her father telling her if she didn't stay longer then he never wanted to her again, better than most of the people in this group would have.
